The exam question I had, as I have mentioned, was "geometic arrangements". Throughout my time at school I mainly based my work on 3D media. This continued for this exam. The first images you see on this page are studies from other artists work, I dont currently have my book with me as I havn't been back to the school since they marked my work so I cant remember who the studies are from but I will update that as soon as I can.

These next images are my own interpretation of the question. I looked at a number of ideas, from random arrangement to mathematical patterns, I also looked at the idea of forcing one geometric shape into another, I made a small cube out of paper and crushed it into as close to a sphere as i could get and then drew a few of its faces.

In the end I made a stone carving during the final 15 hour exam. These arn't Photos of when it was finished, there are still some white spots and rust from the saw that had to be sanded off. The general shape is the same though.
